The traditional sauna guide gently doses the steam and reads the rhythm of both the sauna and the person receiving the treatment. Calm, mindful touch is woven into the whisking, deepening relaxation and creating a safe, nurturing atmosphere.

In this treatment, we use Sauna Kata’s own honey from Tampere — pure, local care straight from nature.
