The sauna guide gently doses the steam and reads the rhythm of the group. Forest plants are brought into the sauna to be sensed and to support your wellbeing — scents, whisks and the feel of nature open the body and calm the mind. The ceremony also includes traditional Finnish sauna chants that carry the atmosphere and deepen the experience.
