Finnish Sauna Ritual

The Finnish Sauna Ritual takes your group deep into the heart of Finnish folklore and the healing wisdom of the sauna. You will experience the warmth of the löyly, traditional whisking, herbal exfoliation and ancient sauna incantations, nurturing both body and mind.

Your sauna guide will lead you through a ritual that reveals the secrets of the Finnish sauna, offering a moment to relax, recover and reconnect with yourself.

Suitable for everyone, regardless of previous sauna experience.

The price includes 3–4 participants. Additional participants: €50 per person.

Duration: 90/120 minutes

The ritual can take place at the lakeside sauna of Kristilla Villa, in a sauna of your choice or even in your hotel’s private sauna.

Kristilla is located by Lake Kaukajärvi, approximately a 20-minute drive from Tampere city centre. You can arrive by car or bus, and the nearest bus stop is right next to the property.

No travel fee is charged for rituals held in the Tampere area. For locations outside Tampere, the travel fee is €0.55/km.

Groups of up to 40 people can also be accommodated. Please enquire, and we will create a suitable package for your group!
