Sauna Treatment for Two – A Peaceful Moment Together

A sauna treatment for two is a calming shared experience that allows you to pause, breathe and restore yourselves together.

The warmth of the sauna relaxes the body, the rhythmic touch of the sauna whisks both stimulates and soothes, and the scents of nature deepen the experience. If you wish, you can take a refreshing dip in the lake during or after the treatment.

The treatment combines Finnish sauna tradition with the healing power of nature. It is tailored to your wishes and can be either gentle or slightly more invigorating.

The treatment includes:

• herbal salt exfoliation or honey massage

• a variety of traditional whisking techniques

• warm herbal whisk compresses

• traditional sauna incantations and songs

Sauna treatments are generally carried out while wearing swimwear. Female guests may choose not to wear swimwear, in which case sauna whisks are used to provide coverage.

Duration: 60 or 90 minutes

The treatment takes place in the lakeside sauna at Kristilla Villa, on the shore of Lake Kaukajärvi, in a peaceful and welcoming setting.

The gift recipient may also book the treatment in their own sauna. No travel fee is charged within the Tampere area. Elsewhere, the travel fee is €0.55/km.

The location is easily accessible by car or bus, with a bus stop right next to the villa.

Please note that the lakeside sauna is reached by following a gently sloping path for a few metres, so the venue is not fully accessible. I will, however, be happy to assist if needed.

A sauna treatment for two is especially suitable for couples or friends. The shared experience relaxes, brings you closer together and creates a lasting memory.

After purchasing the gift card, you will receive an electronic gift card that you can give to the recipient. It includes all the necessary information about the treatment and how to make a booking.
