Sauna Treatment – a deeply relaxing and restorative experience
Step into the warm embrace of the sauna and leave the rush of everyday life behind.
The wooden benches support you, the gentle heat softens the body, and the rhythmic touch of birch whisking brings you closer to nature. You can simply breathe, let go, and allow your body to restore. If you wish, you can also take a refreshing dip in the lake during or after the treatment – a perfect contrast to the warmth.
This sauna treatment is a holistic experience that combines Finnish sauna traditions with the healing power of nature. Each session is tailored to your needs – whether you prefer a gentle or more invigorating treatment.
Carefully selected natural herbs, a mineral salt scrub, and nourishing sauna honey complete an experience that indulges all your senses.
It is said that 30 minutes of whisking can equal up to a 90-minute traditional massage.
The treatment includes:

traditional sauna chants and songs
Swimwear is generally worn during the treatment.
Female guests may also choose to be without swimwear if they wish – whisks are used to provide coverage.
The treatment takes place at the lakeside sauna of Kristilla Manor by Lake Kaukajärvi – a peaceful and cozy setting where it is easy to slow down, relax, and fully enjoy the moment.
The location is easily accessible by car or bus, with a bus stop right next to the manor.
Please note that the lakeside sauna is reached via a short downhill path, so it is not fully accessible. I am happy to assist you if needed.
The gift recipient may also book the treatment in their own sauna. No travel fee is charged within the Tampere area. Elsewhere, the travel fee is €0.55/km.
A sauna treatment for two is especially suitable for couples or friends. The shared experience relaxes, brings you closer together and creates a lasting memory.
Using the gift card
After purchasing the gift card, you will receive an electronic gift card that you can give to the recipient. It includes all the necessary information about the treatment and how to make a booking.

The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
